Alternately if you feel your questions aren't being given proper debate why do you keep coming back? They won't change their opinion and you certainly won't do it for them, seems your work here is done.
What the hell are you on about now? Where did I say your finishes were down to chance, my quote was that a law of averages suggests a few teams will go on a run, that is a fact. We are 22 games into the season, not 28, 32 or even 38. 22 Games History proves that the league table will not stay as it is from now till May and it never has done
I think you'll find it's based on facts, numerous ones layered over time to give an average. Just saying.
If you flip a coin 100 times, the so-called law of averages decrees that 50 times it will show heads and 50 times it will show tails. However, whether or not it shows heads or tails on any individual flip is down purely to chance. Averages can only occur where there is an element of chance, because otherwise the result is fixed. By saying that Spurs have gone on a lucky run of result, what you are really saying (on the assumption that you know what you are talking about) is that Spurs have won their games purely by chance, and that clearly cannot be the case, certainly not after 22 games. Just saying.
Who said anything about Spurs? I didn't...just talking about the law of averages. I may have earlier in the thread, or on another, and what I said was that you'd had a good run and it was well deserved...
