I wonder if a club offered to take AOB, Paynter, Rachubka and Kissa whether we would have to pay them...
Brand new material mate. Many big stars come to our venue in Andover because its a great theatre but small enough to gage reactions & test new gags and stuff. I will get to meet him afterwards no doubt as well! I will let you know how it went Last year I met Al Murray & Sean Lock. Sean lock was suprisingly tall!
richard dunne & kevin davies? are you serious? they are both 34/35 arent they? i admit they could do a job but they are very short term solutions, we should be looking at exciting young defenders like that Maguire (i think thats his name) at Sheff Utd.
Yea let me know how it went man, Jimmy Carr is so incredibly funny at the moment. Sean lock woulda been hilarious as well
TC Ive not seen a worse team at Elland Road this year, Abdou was the one who injured Howson thats all he did all game! Only decent player you had on display was the keeper
Who would have believed at the start of the season we would have sold Howson and Gradel and even contemplating the sale of Snodgrass, such a massive step backwards, it's almost like being relegated and starting all over again.
Morning all. On 1 level, I can't see us selling Snoddy so soon after Howson. But on another & more practical level, at what point does Papa Smurf say £xm was just too good an offer to refuse? I think Snoddy still has 18months on his current contract. So there's no rush to sort it out yet. However, the longer it drags on & the longer we take to go up, the more the pressure will increase to sell Snoddy & others. No game for us this weekend, but will we get anyone in befor the TW closes, & more to the point, before we pay the Saints back & anihilate them 1-0 in the final minute when they only have 9 players on the field? We can dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOT Oh, & for song of the day to welcome the Hammers fans, "Bubbles"!!!
Elland comments on that site are good to read "Believe you me, Snodgrass is good, very good, one of the cleverest and most skillful British born footballers I have seen in a lot of years (56 to be precise) of supporting Leeds. Sure, he lacks a change of pace, but he can do anything with both feet, plays the game very intelligently, and has a real kiler instinct. He is worth, in my book, at least 10m, and if I was, say Dalglish, I would sign him tomorrow. Leeds will not sell him now - of that I am sure; but will do so in the summer if we don't go up. He is an ace bloke too: turned on the 2011 Xmas lights in a Leeds suburb."
