    Check this out...

I don't think anyone could argue that those are not class goals... and I don't think you could argue that they wouldn't have been goals if it had been against EPL teams, with perhaps the exception of the 3rd but that was the best of the lot as far as I'm concerned. He may not be the quickest but he's equally good with both feet... would you believe me if I told you he's actually right footed after seeing those first 2 goals? BAM! Malouda can't even hit them like that on his left ffs.

He's a prospect no doubt but I'm always wary of u tube clips.

Do a best of Kalou on u tube and he'd look like Messi....sort of!!

Well you could be right, he might be a big hit. But from what we saw against us, I wouldn't.

I'd go for Hazard first, if we're told to pay over the odds then we look somewhere else.

That's a hattrick, not a compilation as you usually see. You could also argue that you can't base his ability and performance levels based on 2 games against us in the same vein that you can't rely on YouTube. It may well be that he didn't fully have his heart in it, dont forget he's young and a lack of experience probably had him thinking at the back of his mind that blue fans would hate him of he contributed to us not qualifying... There's always that possibility.

It's in the Belgian League. The PL is a big step up. Can he perform on the big stage in a big league? Time will tell

Lukaku is an example, he's looked dire whenever brough on <yikes>. He badly needs a loan move.

The Premier League doesn't take prisoners. Lukaku, Savic and Wickham are examples of players that have come from other leagues that were bought for the future but have been found out at this level thus far

How do we know Hazard would have performed against us? 30 mill for Hazard is a rip-off when we can get De Bruyne for 8

Because hazard has performed in the french league against teams like lyon and marsielle. A much higher standard of football than belgium

I'd say the Italian league was stronger than the french league though and Shevchenko done **** all for us, same with Kaka for Madrid, Malouda come from the French league and his ****ing awful, I'd rather we take a risk and get both Willian + KDB considering we can have both of them for the price of Hazard

Yes but Shev, Kaka, Malouda were not as young as hazard.

It's a risk no matter where you buy them from, look at Torres.

I refer back to my original statement. That would be a class hattrick against any opposition, it's not like they were all put on a plate for him like Lukaku mostly had at Anderlecht. If you're doubting this boys talent you're a bit mad. Whether he can cut it or not is an entirely different thing and that's up to AVB and his staff to sort out. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Hazard at the bridge but £22m is a big saving to be had, not to mention probably a quarter of the wages.

Not denying de bruyne could be good, I'd just rather we bought someone who is currently better than him. We are still only 4th.

Ronaldo came from the Portuguese league and i'd say that was only just a cut above the Belgian league and is below the French league though. And exactly thats worse being young because then we'd be placing 30 million in someone that has the POTENTIAL to be great, lot of money to spend on potential

<laugh> The portugese league is a different world from the belgian league. They have 3 brilliant teams in Porto, Benfica and Lisbon. Belgium have absolutely none.

end of the day, in my opinion Hazard is worlds apart from de Bruyne and at the same time I'd only pay £25m for him.

Well in my opinion all 3 are nothing special at the moment as none have done anything to set the world on fire but we'll just have to see what happens !! Shame they all play on the ****ing left as wouldn't mind all 3 of em lol

Lukaku is already adjusting. Looked good against Norwich. De Bruyne has an extra two years on him. Im sure he could do it.

Maybe De Bruyne is the bait that seals Hazard, Hazard more at home with a squad that has fellow Belgians KDB, Lukaku and Courtois

    Just a thought

In the video the defending in all those goals was shocking. That back line was really close together which left a lot of space for him to run into and score.

Still got to put the ball in the net.

Drogba played in the french second division, had one season at Marseille and then came to us...

Arjen Robben set the dutch league alight, which is ****e these days

So did Kezman....and he was a lost cause.

I thought he looked quite tidy for the first 20 mins against us, but was let down by a poor team and gradually disappeared.

You just don't know what you'll get until you give them the chance, and for £8m I'd give him the chance.

Look at Chris Smalling...Played for Maidstone non league, got signed by Fulham, scored an own goal on his debut against Utd and Fergie bought him that January...
