That works for me. Ferdy as back up centre half. One defender banned or injured and still play a decent back four. Heard today hill could be off to palace. Now we have taiwo this could happen.
Kenny Young Ferdinand/Samba Onouha Taiwo SWP Barton Buzaky Traore Taarabt Helguson Nice! The R's are staying Up! the R's are staying up! and now you're going to believe us.........
That will do nicely P Block 1 hour ago @adamhulme86 Adam Hulme Another busy one in the #QPR press office, going to be a busy week ahead! Sounds promising!
Its Andy Johnson for me,speedy and direct, does not fit in at Fulham. Great buy for what 2 2.5 million.
Samba would be a massive signing for us in more ways than one and IMHO would show any remaining TF doubters that we mean business. There is no way that he would sign if NW was still in charge. It would really show the pulling power of MH.
Think MH will have to up his offer for Samba to break the camel's back... make them an offer they won't want to refuse while Samba is spreading sedition in their changing room.
But the way theyre handling it, it looks like his value will drop the longer this goes on. He is basically on strike now which means they cant wait for silly money.
Shame he doesnt score goals, 3 in 2 years in the league, old and injury prone. It would be a disaster signing him. We do need Samba, Onouha, a CM and CF though.
Blimey, that is news to me. And he looked so sharp against us, running rings around Hall and Orr and...ah, yes, I see how it happened now...
We have gone from second favourites (behind Spurs) to favourites on landing Samba. Odds are as follows: QPR 11/4 (was 10/1 yesterday) Spurs 6/1 (was 3/1 yesterday) Can only see the odds going the same way up until jan 31st. Onouha want's to play for Sparky, Taiwo want's to play for Sparky, Samba handed in his transfer request for Sparky and not for anybody else. He will sign, I'm 99,9% sure of it.
If he wants away then Blackburn either have to let him go now and cash in or else he sits on his copious backside earning bundels for doing nothing. No such thing as loyalty these days to I can't blame Samba for asking for a move but I still won't believe he'll sign for us until I see him running around the pitch in blue and white hoops. If he goes anywhere I reckon it will be Spuds, not us.
