Exactly. Anyone who thinks its possible has obviously never played football, let alone slide in for the ball.
Err I'd accept this if his left arm had been flung out left to counter balance a slide to the right or even the right arm up from his side. But: the give away is his left arm, sliding right there is NO way it is a natural movement to stretch your arm across your opposite side; you'd always stretch it the other way.
Wasn't a pen, even you scousers have to admit that, their goal was a fluke and you were given justice.
Do you even play football? It doesn't sound like it. Trust me, I've played in a team for years, and as a rb for a lot of those years, there is no way of sliding in properly with ought using both arms for stability. Anyway, it hit his leg first. This shouldn't even be an argument. 20 years ago that is never a penalty, now whenever the ball hits someone's arm, intentional or not, everyone in the crowd and all the players yell HANDBALL! Eejits.
Barca and Real is on if anyone wants to watch diving, cheating, card-waving incredible footballers.............. except for ALonso of course.
Nope; I don't; I rock climb, makes you a bit of an expert in motion, counter motion, balance & counter balance. And I'm telling you: if you want to extend you body fully to the right (leg wise) to block the ball with your foot (as you are apparently arguing) you would never, ever stretch your left arm in the direction of movement; it shortens the length of you body, the opposite of what you want. I can only assume you missed a lot of tackles by a few inches with your proclaimed technique.
