What I don't understand about new players and transfers is...

When we were in league one we build a team for the future, you get promoted and you keep the nucleus of that team adding a few who will take you forward, look at Southampton last year, Norwich, Swansea and ourselves. Why are we trialing journey men, guys without clubs who nobody really wants?

Let us be honest about the expectations over the next week and who Leeds will sign; If they are a decent player their club is going to refuse to sell to us or they are going to cost us too much and we can't afford them.

Why are we not looking in league one, surely there are some gems to be had?

Michael Ball left back released by Leicester, would this be a bad signing?

Agreed but we are not going to be paying money for the likes of Smith are we and isn't he on loan to them from Spurs? I totally agree we should not be looking at the likes of Ball just trying to be realistic in what we might expect over the next 6 days.

Why would we get a left back anyway? We already have White and Pugh who are probably better than Ball anyway.

Why sign ANOTHER washed up player, who last experienced good form nearly a decade ago?

We need young players with potential or players in their prime. However, one of those we end up letting leave for cheap as soon as they fulfil that potential and the other costs money.

    No.

Seriously he was at fault for not keeping clean sheets against Bury and ****ing Rotherham.

He's seriously ****e, not sure why we even bothered signing him in the first place when we have two decent championship class left backs.

The reason you signed him in the first place is because he'd played for sven before....

Infact, didn't he get released from man city as soon as sven got sacked just like he got released by leicester as soon as sven got sacked....
