They also just reported on the Pl channel that Alex was sniffing around Paris, Onuhu Everton, and Henrique not coming, and that buying our way out of trouble was not looking so easy.

 

Does this mean that no club can bring in young players from abroad? He is just 20 and would therefore have to have been in the senior squad from the age of 18.........not very likely is it? I would have thought this rule applied to older players who qualified for the senior squad but didn't play enough games.
How is he supposed to play for the senior squad at 18.
