Was hoping to go tonight but exams this week have prevented this anyway kent senior cup quarter final tonight. I believe if we win it could set up a tie with Dartford, that would be interesting! I believe the team to be Gough Evina Doherty Semi Ajayi Cousins Wagstaff Warren Stephens Ruben Clarke Hayes I believe this to be a very strong line up and shows off how much depth we have in our squad. I can see us smashing Margate who currently play in the Isthmian league and I'm predicting at the very least a 4-0 to us. Finally its good to see Stephens back and hopefully he'll be back in the first team before long. Kick off was delayed until 8 o'clock due to a car fire on the M2, hopefully charlton official twitter makes it there on time and this is how I'll keep updated on it.
Funny, that's exactly the team I would have picked if I were manager. I'm obviously ready to step into CP's shoes once he takes on the England job. Has Ajayi moved ahead of Harry Osborne now in the pecking order, or has Harry still to reach his best after his injury? Not sure about 0-4 though. These games rarely work out as a walk in the park, and maybe that's just as well if we want to assess players' fitness and readiness for a step up.

Ajayi just played a suicidal back pass skips off the surface and goes out for a corner.... Clarke seems to be causing them all sorts of problems!! Yes, but it's a "scratch" team who have not played together before. No doubt we will win once our superior stamina from being full-time professionals shows through, but it was never going to be easy. Same story at Halifax in the FA Cup, if you remember. By the way, posting in all upper-case may cause the Kent FA to expel us from the competition.
