Well we'd be in a hell of a lot of trouble if we tried to sell our training ground - it's rented.

It was a vile rant and if there was a point it got lost in the hatred. Come on, none of us has any idea whether or not Admin Andy or the CEO are in discussion to sell any of the players. All supposition on his part.

Like I said, him losing 17 million would hurt him, but he'll still be a millionaire.

That being said, I think he'll return as owner if this isn't sorted by AA, but this time I think he'll strip us dry, cut his losses, then throw us aside. Can't really blame him, he must regret ever getting involved with us in the first place.

Hurt might be a little bit of a hyperbole there buddy. I get pissed off when my packet of crisps gets stuck in the vending machine. If I lost 17 million the 3 legged stool and rope would be my only alternative.

I once had a friend who matched every number on the thunderball, but unfortunately had a lotto ticket. He hurt emotionally. The only advice I could offer him was 'suicide can be painless', as there really isn't anything you can say to make the situation better, but this doesn't really compare to Balram as he would've only won £500,000.

I like how you divided 17,000,000 by 500,000 to figure out how much worse Balram will feel!

Multimillionaires do not miss their money as much as we would. They love money or they wouldn't be rich, but after a certain point it just becomes counters in a game. He could write it off and move on. Losing money would have consequences in my life, but not for Chanrai. it's just pride to him.

There is finally a statement on the club's website setting out the position. It seems that the lack of success in selling CSI's other companies has impacted on the funds that were promised by CSI to assist the cashflow, and it looks unlikely that Chanrai will assist. HMRC held back on publishing the winding up petition to enable players to be sold without it being made public but the press got hold of the story. Lampitt is saying that negotiations are going on with interested parties.

Some of the vitriol on here amazes me. We can in no way blame the fans for this shambles than we were to blame for ours.

Fans pay their money through the love of a club. The club then decides how to spend said monies. Not every club can afford the luxury life of those at the top ut wanting to join them can in no way be a crime. We all want to se our clubs win trophies and when Pompey won the Cup how many fans across this country knew how much it cost?

Not many if any I would suggest.

"What is happening about a possible points penalty from the League?

The League are finalising their report on the club's position following the administration of CSI and we are expecting to receive the outcome shortly. However, we understand that the League may delay their decision until the club’s current ownership situation is closer to being resolved."

I don't know why it is taking so long, nearly 2 months now when it took them 21 days to investigate Southampton and give them a points deduction. The statement on the Pompey website even confirms that Pompey were reliant on cash from the parent company. How much more evidence do they need?

Maybe Matthew Le God, the longer they wait the more points they can deduct. There that should make you happy <doh>

See... they get away with it... they have no money, put them in administration... it's what would happen to every other club, why not pompey?

I'm sick to death of them ALWAYS getting away with it... ALWAYS.

    where's the justice?!

Am I missing something here, they have called in the administrators to run the club, so they are in administration.

The only fair way is for them to hand back the FA Cup they cheated their way too.
