For the record I know he has left Leeds and good luck to him, but I can't help think there are issues with the move to Norwich, so if anyone tonight has official evidence that this is not the case, please let us all know. Edit: I've been thinking about Howson and why he hasn't yet officially been named a Norwich player and came up with this; Leeds (Bates) has agreed to selling him, Howson doesn't want to leave just yet, Bates tells him he will never play for Leeds again and that Norwich have offered money and they have accepted it. Howson decides to leave and goes through all the requirements. Bates and his mates share a bottle of champagne on new money coming in, then Howson and his agent phone to say that Howson wishes to tell all to the media, Bates gets very angry and sends in the heavies. Howson's agent demands more dosh for his silence and this is why the player is still officially a Leeds player.

Nah I'm with L.I.E on this one. It's a free market and he's chosen money and league position over his hometown club who gave him the captains armband when let's face it did **** all to deserve it (been from Leeds dosen't make you a good captain) and the fans gave him their hearts. Bet he was laughing his head at the fans who sang his name on Saturday while counting the £££ he will be earning at Norwich. New Luis Figo in my view (except the part of transferring to the clubs hated rivals).
