Should that thug Balioteli be banned by the FA for his stamp on Parker?

  1. Yes (because he is a thug)

it proves that we were robbed..in that hollow victory of him getting a 4 match ban is a very sweet taste...yes there is no true recompense for Spurs since we still suffered due to his thuggery and the refs incompetence<ok>

They had a good first half but you have to play damn well to deserve a 2 goal lead at halftime and they weren't. Of course we had plenty of time to turn it around but at every opportunity we created, it was taken away from us. Crouch handled the ball for their first goal, Kaboul was fouled in the Stoke area before a Stoke player elbows a goalbound shot off the line and Adebayor has a goal ruled out when he was 3 feet onside. If just one of those decisions was correctly made then we take a point, minimum.

The chances were made to cover up for the errors but eachtime we did an additional error was made allowing the score to remain unchanged.

What amazes me is that the FA persists with a complete incompetent , like Foy.

Presumably because he hasn't earned the ire of Ferguson yet, NSIS.
They have to keep a few around, just in case he decides to publicly slaughter them and blacklist them from Old Trafford.
I think he's down to Webb, Clattenburg and Foy now, so they'll have to start fast-tracking a few from the lower leagues.

Foy, especially, belongs on Hackney Marshes on a Sunday morning. Even there he'd probably need his car close by for a quick getaway!

We would have four more points, and Man City would have two less - that would put us one point behind Man Utd, two behind City...and fifteen ahead of Loserpool.

Unfortunately he's not been expelled to the Marshes yet, Notso.
He'll be at Vicarage Road on Friday. <doh>

It's like we're being WUMmed by the FA.

    Unbefuckinglievable...

Trotting out the "He was only trying to regain his balance by violating the laws of physics" line, portraying Balotelli as the victim, all but playing the race card (be it intentionally or otherwise), threatening to leave the Premier League, and somehow being unaware that retrospective bans exist.

I've never seen an agent so suitable for their client before...

Wasn't Foy the one that did the Chelsea-QPR game? I thought he did very well in that game even though the Chelsea players made it very difficult for him.

For me, the two nightmare refs are Clattenberg and Webb. I've never seen either have a good game when we've been involved.

I just looked up one of the worst games that I've seen of Webb and the Guardian seem to agree that he had an absolute stinker, this was before he went off to the World Cup also <doh>

"Howard Webb, who will be England's representative at the World Cup finals in South Africa, provided the sideshow. Having ignored David Dunn's penalty appeal for Rovers in the 19th minute, he did likewise with Bale's in the second half after Míchel Salgado's lunge. Webb also ignored a trip by Morten Gamst Pedersen on Bale, on the fringe of the area, and disallowed an 89th-minute Nikola Kalinic effort for Rovers for handball." http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/mar/13/tottenham-blackburn-premier-league

It was surprisingly even handedly incompetant for him but the two for Bale really couldn't have been clearer.

The agent does speak some sense...

"The referee saw everything, because he spoke to Mario after the action. So in my opinion, this referee must be banned for life because he didn't tell the truth."

that is exactly what i thought WY.

    '2 birds,1 stone'

Maybe somebody should make his agent aware that nobody gives a flying **** if his loonie client chucks all his toys out, and goes to play somewhere else! Although, if Webb is being economical with the facts, then he has a point there.

Disagree. I'm starting to believe that Webb sees what he wants to see. That's a widely held belief here in Spain, too.

Technology is useless to a ref who doesn't Lescott's elbow attack as a red card, even upon seeing a replay. Or this as a red...

No. The Carrick penalty was absolutely stupid. The ball moved in a direction it could only have moved in if Gomes had played it. If he played the ball, no penalty. A cheating, incompetent fool.

I'm all for trialing video replays in football, there's so many questions about it that can't be answered until it's given a proper trial, we can't make any progress eitherway.

All I was saying is that Webb was able to watch replays of both incidents following the match and still doesn't seem to think it warrants a red card. In that case it would not have helped.

Where have you seen that YV?, there's far more reports saying he told the FA he did not see it, and would have gave red if he had. This is just the first one in a boat load if you google it...http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/footba...nt-look-good-admits-man-city-no-2-david-platt
