Think it could be Pardew, though would depend whether he wants to go there now or stay with Newcastle, wouldn't think he'd want to be the next Kevin Keegan or Steve McClaren.

I can see only one man that can fill the gap.

A man who is convinced he's right, all the time.
A man who would easily win titles at Man Utd, Real or Barca.

    Yes.

    Step forward Big Sam.

Make Wembley the fortress it deserves to be (that big arc over the stadium can be used as a minimum guideline for the height of a 'cross').

Your ego can easily fill the void that generations of English have suffered.

Chew England to victory Big Sam. Chew them the way.

I think it should be Pearce given that has always been the plan. That was the whole point of him learning from Capello while gaining tournament experience with the U21's etc. Stick to the ****ing plan for once England instead of bottling it and listening to the media or god forbid our fans!

Saggy face will never be appointed. Just like Joey Barton was never gonna be picked despite his form for us. The FA don't like murky pasts, its too much hassle with our media. Capello was cleared of tax fraud anyway. I can't see Harry getting off with his somehow and therefore his card will be marked I don't want him anyway. Remember Hoddle was sacked for a hell of a lot less. He was sacked for his belief system. Now whether you think his belief system is one of madness is not really relevant. If we had a devout Christian manager, he wouldn't be sacked for his belief system. Yet to me that is an insane belief system also. I'd have Hoddle back in a heartbeat, he was a good manager and very tactically estute.

Outside of them doing the decent thing and appointing Pearce as planned, I think unfortunately we have to be worried because Pardew is one of a few English managers doing well in the PL. Some of his previous career efforts have not been the best, but I don't think it would count against him.

Only done the Under 21's so not really got experience of managing top players or a high pressure job, unlike Pardew or Hodgson.

Yeah, I personally wouldn't want him, but that is what I think they will do.

As I'm a Irishman my opinion doesn't really matter but there's only one man I'd like to see in the job and is worthy with bags of premiership experience and that's Steve Bruce <whistle>

I'm assuming that the FA are waiting in the wings for the court case to finish before charging Harry with taking bungs so he will defo be out.

As for who else ... please not Pardew, but other than that I couldn't give a damn.
