Another soft touch, no wonder we are in debt.

Sam - the cheats are screwing us over big style, time to wake up.

Genuine claimants can go in to workhouses, you will see them all sign off then.

Man up or ship out, or at least watch a mass migration out of here on to the next eurostar.

And it's ****e, huge waste of money that happens EVERY TIME something gets nationalised.

Free Health care for the poor, fine, but not tit jobs, liposuction, gastric bands etc.

Most people can afford £15-£30 a month on private health care.

Has to be said I've only had to use the services of the NHS once, about 20 years ago. Excellent service and care.

Mate of mine had a heart attack last year, again excellent service and care.

Dunno what every **** is complaining about.

And what happens when people are dying because they can't afford healthcare. As Mick says, the NHS is the best thing the UK has built.

The system isn't perfect but benefits are there to protect the most vulnerable and benefits cheats are in a minority compared to the number who are genuine claimants. Yes, get tough on the cheats but do not make life even worse for genuine benefits claimants.

I won cos the ****ers were at it. It was a fight over business expenses. Had some dumb cow on the phone offering to let me off if I paid half of what they claimed I owed. I said either I owe it or I don't; I don't think I do and my accountant agrees. Serveral months later of bullshit letters and threats they dropped it.

Sam - I would love to see SKY's customer accounts to see how many of those genuine claimants are paying a subscription, in your so called earlier comment in the need to survive.

Yeah that's the migrants that might have to disappear at a moments notice. <ok>

I'm talking about the dumb ones claiming to be single mums but the whole street knows the boyfriend is there and they cannot help showing off their HD TV and Full SKY package. Well ok I made that bit up but it is probably pretty near the truth.

I've a child with cerebral palsy so he is uninsurable at this stage. He got very sick over Christmas and ended up on life support in intensive care, you come to really appreciate state health care when it is providing your child with equipment that probably costs ten of thousands as well as 24 hour one to one nursing.

I've got plenty of stories exactly the same Gambol. Not for here but these do gooders just do not see it. Ask anyone in the know and they will all tell you the same, the system needs scraping.

I don't agree that it needs scrapping. It certainly needs to be fixed.

Whilst you have my sympathies Michelle, unique cases and kids should be covered by your NI Stamp (National Insurance not Norn Iron)

What get's on my tit's the waste and the blatant disregard for the nations wealth that pisses me off.

When you read about RC midwifes suing the NHS because they were traumatised at performing abortions, or the NHS getting fined £m's because some daft cow got sacked on maternity leave, you are just scratching the surface of the vast waste of money that the NHS has became.

People abuse the NHS because it's "free", which of course is absolute bullshit, as it costs the tax payer absolute billions, let alone the PPP hospitals that are raping us of even more taxes, through corrupt politicians promising the earth just to get elected by borrowing £TRN's from the private sector.
