    Slow news day today.

Inman has picked up a knee injury and will be out for 2 to 3 months.

Does anyone else think this lad isn't going to make it? I remember him being quite highly thought of a couple of years back but he hasn't seemed to progress since.

And in this day and age, if you're not on the verge of the 1st team by the time you're 20 years old then I wouldn't hold out much hope.

    Damn!

The Scottish Kaka is injured again.

I still hold out hope for him as he's supposed to be a very talented player.

He's had a few injuries, but you're probably right. Has all the hallmarks of one those players who end up somewhere between Blyth, Gateshead, Hartlepool and Carlisle (and formerly Darlo), and will grind out a career at the lower levels.

Always found in strange that Wayne Quinn ended up down at those sort of clubs in the end.

Inman reminds me of someone like James Coppinger, grinding out a career at the lower levels of the game eventually.

Coppinger has been in the Championship for 4 years!

He's actually playing alongside Beye, Diatta and also El Hadji Diouf!

He might end up in Scotland. Injuries have really hampered his progress.

Yeah sadly I get the feeling that he'll never make it either. No idea why but I could see him ending up at Hibs <laugh> no justification behind that thought whatsoever.

He's had the injury for about a week.

I've got him added on Facebook. Not the sharpest tool in the box like I must say, but maybe he's a talented footballer. They don't necessarily have to go hand in hand.

I was and am a fan of Coppinger. Whatever happened to Robinson? Wasn't he better than Shearer?

He's a talent like, but doesn't seem to have lived up to the potential of when he was younger.

He got on the bench for us a few times the season we were relegated, not even close now.
