i tend to see guly only when he does bad, he is simply a luxury player for when we have a solid team to help out around him. dont get me wrong when he is in the mood he's brilliant but he is such a hot and cold player we need another striker with presence up there!
Sky say we've offered 1.5 million for Sharp....that's a bit hopeful isn't it? Would need to know why he turned down Leicester. Surely they offered more.

have to agree, from Nige's interviews just before the window opened he seemed positive of some decent activity and it doesnt seem like its happened. but this window has been VERY quiet so far, most will happen TDD i reckon.
They didn't go to plan in the last window either....serious lack of something, don't know if it's ambition or actual player attraction?

Oh I totally agree with you there is still time to get the right people in but the last window we had only just started the league so was impossible to know where we would be now, I thought the summer window seemed unorganized? This window seems a little bit of a non starter so far? Let's hope something happens soon!
I think it was only fair to give the squad who got us up a chance and boy did they take it. Beyond all our best expectations. We now have a real chance to go up so let's put some faith in the club to do what is needed. a week is a long time in politics whoops I mean football!
