<peacedove>Pending appeal Mario Balotelli is likely to miss the carling cup semi-final at Anfield tomorrow.
He is becoming more of a liability than asset to Manchester City.I have the feeling that if they play him tomorrow he is
    going to be ssent off.<ok>

Interesting, Stamping on someone's head = 4 match ban, calling a black player black =8. So what Balotelli is alleged to have done isn't all that serious then. What's a few possible broken bones and brain damage to some superficial, sorry deep obviously deep, psychological scars?

newbie is wrong and looks silly... bad on telly got sent off once before this seaosn so automaitcally any further sendings off = an extended ban... just like kompany.

bad on telly gets 3 matchs for violent conduct and one tagged on for prior...

Rooney's was more of a kick rather than a stamp and also he should be banned still.

I think even the mancs realise that the Suarez case was a show-trial. The FA were just itching to hand out a huge ban for a nonsensical on-field spat. They're truly pathetic. Suarez could have probably kicked Evra in the head, hard, and got a lesser ban.

    <laugh> I'm suffering as well.

Yes to a certain degree Suarez was a bit of a show trial (interesting to see what happens to JT) just as IMO the Rio ban was a decision by the FA to punish Utd. However he was stupid and wrong to use the comment and now has to live with the outcome.

Best thing for Liverpool and Utd is to move on. Fat chance though.
