    I dont know if this can be done but I think it would provide a good solution to the players' apathy in the game which they have been suffering from for the past 3 months. What I am proposing Simon to do, is to take off one player and not bring anyone else on. I say this because usually when teams go down to 10 men they are forced to try and compensate for the other player by working harder for one another. This might actually inject a bit of enthusiasm and motivation in to their game.....

    Any thoughts ? :emoticon-0112-wonde

    On that basis it would be better to start with 10 and have 12 in the second half?

    I think it would be more inspiring for the players to see burning effigies of Bates all around the ground.

    yes because this would work. I only say it because the last 3 games we did really well when we were against 11 players but then started playing crap when they went down to 10.....
