No, you're a moron for persisting with this claim that Webb was watching at the moment Balotelli's sole connects with Parker's face, he is clearly in the middle of switching his attention from the ball, to Parker, probably upon hearing Parker's scream.
You are basically saying that all the injuries we've had can be written off because they haven't been to 'first team' players. While we have proved this to be not true, it is also ridiculous to suggest that we have a 'first team', different combinations of players are more effective than others against different opposition, in addition the fact that our squad players have been injured more has led to 'first-teamers' being overused so far leading to fatigue. By my calculations we have been denied 8 points by incompetent and inept refereeing so far this season... 3 points against Stoke, disallowed goal, penalties, harsh red card, hand ball the list goes on 2 points against Abramovich FC, Cashley controlled the ball with his hand which led to their equaliser (Webb again) 2 points against Wolves, again another wrongly disallowed goal for offside and a wrongly awarded corner resulted in a Wolves goal. 1 point against Mansour FC, 2 100% red cards missed by Webb which an offending player stayed on the pitch to win and score. which would currently place us top of the table. Also, you will never see this sort of decision making going against Man Utd or Liverpool.
Have we gained any point via dodgy reffing though, CB? Fulham fans would point to the Walker handball, though Sidwell should've been dismissed for elbowing Parker and we should've had a penalty for a foul by the same ginger against the same player. Bolton fans could suggest that they might've got something from their game at WHL, had Cahill not been harshly dismissed, though they were already losing and getting badly outplayed. Anyone else?
Can you stop posting the same **** please, Lidls. Some people think that it's a deliberate stamp and you don't. Repeating the same explanation over and over isn't going to change anyone's mind, is it?
I think you're in the distinct minority, Luke. As I said earlier, to be a little fair to Poll, you have to see it in slo- mo. But, it is clearly intentional. As has been said, it's not the first time he's done it. If the FA do nothing, I will be very disappointed.
Balotelli was the sacrifice to allow Lescott to sneak out scott free. So did Lescott get away because he's English or did Mancini get asked who he could save? If Savic had to play another game they might not win...
4-game ban for the fruit. Whilst the standard of refereeing this year has been diabolical, I must say that their employers- the FA themselves- have had a very good year in terms of PR. They showed quick, decisive and firm action both in punishing Suarez, and now against Balofruiti too. No dallying, just straight to the point. Hats off.
