Sunderland will eventaully win one derby day, and when they win, they'll claim they're better than us, and also claim that all the recent ones we have won are in in the past... "give us a history lesson will you".

lol. I would take losing to Sunderland if it meant a top 7 finish this season. <ok>.

Yeah but you're the away side, so if you win 9-1, it will actually say 1-9

Now, surely someone's gonna break ranks soon and predict a victory? Surely... (cest..)

Sunderland to make a shock. Papa Cisse struggles to settle, a waste similar to Forlan and Torres. We will be 0-2 up, Sess and Larsson freekick just before half time, Shola comes on and makes it 1-2 and in the last 10 nervy minutes, gardner produces another bullet and we win 1-3

Imagine if Tommy saved a Shearer penalty man.

I wish that could happen in my lifetime, and I wish I was there to see it....

    Oh hang on....

1 - 3 is right. You'll be the away team.

In my lifetime, Sunderland have won 4, we've won 11 and there have been 8 draws. It's going well for me so far!

Even if Cisse doesn't turn out good straight away, we'll still have plenty enough to get the job done IMO.

And remember that our lads are always up for it on derby day.

Shola always proves a threat for Sunderland. He hasn't scored in the last two, but he won a header in the box in each game, in the 0-1 he headed down for Barton, Barton's header hit Larsson on the arm and it should have been a pen. He also was in on goal after 2 mins and almost scored.

In the 1-1 game, Shola won a header in the box for Nolan to back heel into the net.

Shola is always a problem for you, and if he doesn't start, he'll come off the bench, and all of us will tell you, Shola is a nightmare for most teams when coming off the bench as a super sub.

We have plenty enough, even without Cisse, to win this game IMO.

<laugh> True! In no way did I say that it means we're going to win though! I'm fully expecting MoN to give us the best game we've had for years!

A prediction that Shola will cause you problems? That's not a prediction, I thought that was a well known fact ;)

'we have plenty enough, even without Cisse, to win this game IMO'

I think we have no chance of getting anything ;)

    Shola may be injured (knee-capped...)
