Nah, the fat one is far too subtle for that, he merely explains why it's in Scottish football's best interests that his beloved Rangers should be handled with kid gloves.
That's the very least you've got to expect from him. But the fact that he's willing to put out in black and whyte the stark future facing Rangers is telling in itself. Even the last paragraph should strike fear into the hearts of all Rangers fans.
Importantly though he is dismissing the possible punishment facing Rangers............because it will punish them
