Can we all at least agree now that Walcott is not going to be the player that many thought he would be? Oxo just might be though...
I was saying to my friend earlier about Theo. I said that if he didn't have his amazing pace and acceleration he would be a League 2 player at best (And he'd probably be on the bench for the worst team). Every other part of his game is poor, the only above average skill he has is finishing (which is hit or miss). I think he's gone backward since he signed as a kid.
To be honest, I was expecting us to lose by a lot more. Our record when Dean referees is abysmal, I think we have only won one game in the last 2 years with him in charge. I don't think Wenger has lost it and I don't think he has done that badly. The question was, do you take a risk with a players fitness to try and get one result. No one can say for sure that the substitute changed the result. We have a lot of young players and two things are true about young players: 1. They are inconsistent. 2. They don't handle pressure well. I do think that we as fans, put the players under too much pressure. We need to support them more, particulary ones like Ramsey, who have shown us in the past that they are capable of playing well.
