Isn't that half their team? <laugh>

They've played most of the season without Sagna and Wilshere... and you can't really call the likes of Koscielny, Ramsey, Gervinho, Oxlade Chaimberlain and Song "awful."

I think when all his players are fully fit, Wenger has a very, very good team. He just needs Hazard to replace Walcott!

I meant awful in terms of that team is going to take them to where they should be. They should be challenging for the league, but they have the same points as us. No way should Arsenal only be on 36 points after 22 games lol.

Fair enough, I did forget about Gervinho. But, the others aren't great. I think awful was a bit far like, but you know what I mean haha. Walcott, Koscielny, Song aren't great for me - others will disagree. Chamberlain looks a prospect, but they can't rely on an 18 year old. Ramsey hasn't been great since he broke his leg for me either tbh.

Walcott is terrible, worse than Obertan. If capello had sense he'd pick Oxo for the England squad instead.

the defeat didnt piss me off it was the manner of it. we are better than that, but the other results make it not be so bad for us.. we are technically in the same position (not literally) we was last week and i was pretty happy last week soo.. cant really complain too much

Arsenal is a bit like Newcastle really. When fully fit there's a very good spine to the side, but there are a few poorer players in certain positions which create some weak points.

Would agree with this. Although, they have Van Persie who gives them that extra edge over us.

Lose him and they have absolutely no hope whatsoever of competing for the Champions League places.

So take away their 5 best players and they're really not that good? Well I never <doh>

Well, I'll narrow it down to 1.

Take away Van Persie then see how they do.

Haha, I'm no good at explaining things so it looked liked I said they were awful, but I meant compared what we expect from Arsenal they are awful. You would expect them to be up challenging the 2 Manchester clubs, but they are just a tinsy bit better than us.

I'd kind of agree with you on this. He hasn't played well for ages.

I don't think he is a winger tbh - same with Obertan.

Yeah haha I know "awful" was just a figure of speech! I genuinely think they're a few players short of being great again though. Mind you, the tragic thing is that everyone has being saying that for about 7 years now <laugh>

    I don't think he's a footballer, let alone a winger.
