    Not really surprised as Fat Sam came out on the Sunday morning football show on Sky and publicly said he encourages his players to look for penalties and free kicks around the box - its all part of the game and if refs are stupid enough to fall for the diving act then that not his problem!

    Yeah, see him encouraging hoof ball last night, he's a funny bugger. Would enjoy it if it didn't go to plan. Poor forest, did not deserve that.

    Claridge was saying they were going about promotion the right way by route 1. Thought he would mention Southampton are top by free flowing attacking football but such is life.

    What he meant was that Allardyce had got them playing effective football, which was route one, SA style. The inference being that the main objective was to get WHU promoted, as failure wasn't allowed for, and then to see whether they could build to play pretty football, in the PL, afterwards.
