why are people dissing simpson so much? .. he didnt play that bad at all .. there were a lot worse players there, Cabaye for one, but no one will slag him off.

Yes, the very same one. He was one of our best players but he is a ****ing greedy ****! We all know he has bags of ability and he is showing it, but there were several times in the second half where he just ran around in circles bumping into people.
Would those type of attempted runs be the same as the ones which in the past have succeeded in that goal against Blackburn and also the goal yesterday? I would take three failed attempted runs if he carries on scoring from right mid. When did we last have a goal scoring winger?
We needed to kill the game off when they still had Ruiz in centre mid and we nearly did. Then they got lucky and it fell apart.
No, they would not. I'm talking about where there are three people stood in his way or he can pass the ball, and he just runs into the three players. Anyway, he was one of the better players of a bad lot.

TBH I think there was some sort of panic that set in after the first pen. which made everyone forget that Best isn't Demba Ba. From then, it was hole, and the team kept digging.
Such is life though.
