Who is the biggest donkey?

  1. Torres

  2. Carroll

  1. With Torres missing yet another sitter for Chelsea today, in their game against Norwich, and with Carroll... well, being his usual self, during the Mickeys' 3-1 drubbing by the former bottom-of-the-table Bolton, I thought I would throw it open to the general community to vote for the one you believe to be the biggest donkey. Mickey Mousers and Chavs are more than welcome to join in, too.

I am hopeful that the results of this poll will lead to the inauguration of an annual prize - the "Annual Golden Donkey Award" (in time, to become known simply as "an Ee-aw") - to be handed to the winner at an expensively assembled Dinner, in some plush hotel.

Def Carroll- Torres looks like deer in the headlights, soon as he sees the white posts he panics .

It has to be Carroll. Torres is, at least, a proven world class striker. Albeit, one who's lost his way. Carroll is just ridiculously overpriced. Not his fault, I suppose, it must hang round his neck like a millstone!

I feel really sorry for Carroll.
He's not being used correctly and the price-tag has turned his own club's fans against him.
He made some excellent passes yesterday, which isn't something he's known for, but it's obvious that his confidence is shot to pieces.

I voted for Carroll because Torres is certainly not a Donkey, a Donkey is useful! However, Torres is beginning to make Shevchenko look a bargain.

  7. Why don't you have a third option: "Both" ? IMO there's very little to choose between the two.

Torres is a great striker desperately short of form in the wrong team.
Carroll is a pony-tailed Newky swigging, pie-eating buffoon.

Torres: 150 League goals in the two best leagues in the world, 91 caps for Spain at just 27 years of age, World Cup winner, European Championship winner.

Carroll: 18 Premier League goals, 3 caps for an England team devoid of talent, N-Power Championship winner.

    <laugh>.

Carroll. At least Torres looks half decent on the ball, still moves well and has contributed to a couple of goals this season. Don't get me wrong, both have been ****e in their moves to respective clubs Liverpool and us but Torres has been better this season.

Say what you like about Carroll, but he gets up well, doesn't he?

Carroll should be melted down and sold for glue.

If we'd been stupid enough to pay 50million quid for him, you might have a point. But we didn't - so who's the mug?
