Need to get one or two creative players......looking really hopeless unless the other team plays badly.

The bench only gives us one attacking (and I use that loosely) option in Big Chris. GK sub and a defender if needed fair enough, but in what circumstance is he going to use Forsyth or Jenkins?

I think we need to try and get someone on loan, we won't be able to afford anyone much better than we have.

What is really sad is that Martin Taylor on the commentary is saying that we don't really expect to get any points against Birmingham away. Talking about aiming for the stars, we're not even aiming for up the stairs.1

Oh well only 3-0, no corners, only 1 attempt on target!!!!!! Who thinks we need a miracle against Spurs?

I do not think the team arrived at the office today. We were out scored by Birmingham everywhere except on fouls.

We've already had our miracle I think - the fact that we got past Bradford in the last round :(

I wouldn't trust his judgement to spend it. If there is any money left spend it on some decent scouts.

Eustace back in midfield, Kightly returned to Wolves, Nosworthy on a permanent signing, the Missus being unusually understanding on match days - what is the reason for our dip in form?

NWP it's tradition. Recently we haven't played well after Christmas, normally until the end of the season.

Warnock for Watford!! <yikes><laugh> I am warming up for the Wobby Watford hating warriors.

I hate to say it, but i told you so. With Eustace as captain and with him and Hogg we will only fail. Eustace is not the player he used to be, when will SD see that?? Our great run came with Mapps as captain and with Prince and Hogg in the center. Why change it??? We need a decent left winger who can take a set piece!!!!

You're so right. It did look odd!

I did not understand this at all. Hogg was our best player on the pitch, with Mapps perhaps, and if he's been injured, he certainly seemed very fit to me! Jenkins is hopeless, never offers anything and can't pass to save his life! So frustrating!

I agree with you Dan, usually, but Eustace did well today, made some fantastic tackles and managed to get a shot or two wide of the goal...he worked really hard. The first half and til the second goal we were doing well, and it could have gone either way, after the second goal, we were scrappy, out of shape, passing terribly, and yes, not a corner in sight which was ridiculous. I don't know what's changed, except, as Dan says, the midfield, but Dicko had a bad game, as did Yeates, we have no width again, and Hodson worries me..he's either amazing or scary! Sordell was a little better today but honestly he never looks like he's going to be able to score, and he's still pretty weak and is easily pushed off the ball. Nos had a better game, and Mapps is very reliable, though it wasn't perhaps his best performance. Loach had a good one, and really couldn't be held accountable for the goals, Buaben did well...and Deeney works really hard, wins headers, but just doesn't seem to know where the goal is! When Iwelumo came on, he did okay but he's never going to light any fires. All in all, some good individual performances, but sadly, a poor team display, especially in the latter end of the match.

That's quite a depressing match analysis, we really need to get some more loans in :(

The WO moaners are crying our for Warnock<yikes> No thanks! But we must get a League win next time out other wise it's going to be very long hard slog to the end of the season. I don't expect a clear out and squad full of new faces but we do need some changes and quickly! We must not wait for the loan window to open though, otherwise we might be in a very dangerous position<yikes>

Simple facts: 3 league games in 2012, 3 defeats. Only 1 goal for and that was an own goal.

No 'form' to dip really North Pete, had a bit of an unbeaten run maybe, but didnt win many of em,Its just a non-happening club these days, selection of manager almost certainly came down to who was the cheapest. Now the talk amongst supporters is only who can we borrow...no solution at all.
Do we have to be so in awe of Mr Chairman (and I was there in the 70s/80s too) that we mustnt ask why he prefers to earn a ,pittance probably, from BBC Radio on Sat afternoons and was therefore at Loftus Road yesterday? I'm sure he has no contract that says he has to attend matches, but to me doesnt show a great interest in the club he agreed to Chair.

Maybe theres still little money available due to previous gross mismanagement, but its easy to get the impression that the only people with real INTEREST in the club is the decreasing amount, judging by the attendance figures lately ,of supporters.
