    Where? How? What?

That's ridiculous if Whiting could declare it legal and they suddenly turn round and reverse the decision.

You can order the threads by post count. This ones about 60 off the Canadian GP.

Was just about to post that. My excitement is building now. I love those first glimpses of the new cars.

They could've banned it on safety grounds, what with the brake calliper becoming a moving part and Lotus (Renault) almost barbecuing Nick Heidfeld with their last innovation.

Somebody has obviously cried about this and complained. Was actually looking forward to seeing what Lotus could do.

Red Bull recently said that there was no rush to copy the Lotus reactive ride height device. Guess we know why now.

I did think it would be illegal, as active suspension is and just sticking re in as a prefix didn't alter the fact that it was an automatic ride height adjustment system. A bit surprised they havn't increased the load for flexing on the front wing, but we don't know what load RBR have put on their wing. Wonder if Ferrari have sorted out the oscillator yet.

I think the reactive ride height would be of almost no use to a team with a flexi front wing, since the wing is lifting in the braking zone anyway the dive of the nose under braking could be beneficial. I was slightly surprised to hear Ferrari were bothering with it as they seemed to be getting somewhere with the flexing wing.

The system looked legal to me, the way it was using brake torque to adjust the suspension rather than a mechanism controlled by the driver/mechanics/electronics.

Once again Enstone invests a lot of money into a concept and it shoots them in the foot.
