No rum, big away games this weekend that determine whether we make the play-offs or not in St. Louis and KC as for the ****ing..............................Stringer Bell..............um. I mean........ah **** it
"You know, Avon, you gotta think about what we got in this game for, man. Huh? Was it the rep? Was it so our names could ring out on some ****ing ghetto streetcorner, man? Naw, man. There's games beyond the ****ing game."
Yeah it's starting to cool down here too. Coastal fog is rolling in sours about 62 degrees. Was about 75 earlier.
It's normally not like this during winter! It's normally in the 50s, and we occasionally have a warm week in the 70s and 80s, but its been warm all month. It is supposed to rain tomorrow though.
Just finished S3 of The Wire, I'm not sure I want to watch the rest. It's such a perfect ending to it all. Need the Wire addicts to advise me, does it continue and are 4 & 5 worth watching?
Ok, you've overtaken me! I loved 3 and can't imagine it getting better also heard 5 was not very good. Thanks for the tip I've PM'd Sky for an opinion also.
It's good man, so far some new characters a new "king" and the characters evolving. I think if you like a show it is hard to look at other critics and say "well they said it was **** so it is". LOST was an example where season 3 and 5 etc were supposedly **** but I loved em as I loved the show.
Don't be ****ing stupid Luv - season 4 is probably the best TV season ever made, and I believe got voted the best season of The Wire. Season 5 is fantastic too - maybe a slight notch down from seasons 1,3, & 4 - but excellent still. It's sooo important to watch it to the end as you wont get the full message of what The Wire tries to portray otherwise (can't say too much), but you'll see what I mean if you watch it all. But trust me on this Luv - don't stop at 3. P.S. If you do you're a total penis
I couldn't imagine it getting better and thought 4&5 may be a let down after that, I'll take the advice. (Bit scared not to)
