Dumb OP, Hughes should ban all players from club related tweets and strip Barton of the Captaincy the next time he acts up, then its all sorted.

Eamon, the reason TF took over the club was to massage HIS ego, just the same as Flavio. It goes with the territory and tweeting is another form of ego-massaging. You can hardly expect 'The Big I Am' to tell 'The Big I Am' to stop tweeting when he does the same himself. Sadly, so many 'Big I Am's' are wrapped up in their own 'bubbles' the resultant shyte they produce becomes another gross form of entertainment to the brainless masses that follow them...

Dont care what anyone says about Tony F. he has brought an air of optimism to the club especially regarding our future and ground. players we are linked or bidding for were just a pipe dream not only a season ago!. Let the man tweet until he gets tweeters thumb! or we could bring back flavio !!

Eamon I am a little concerned mate, normally I'm the one on the sauce of an evening. Top rant but I'm afraid whilst I have my doubts about Swiss Tony it's a little to consign him to the scrapheap

I'm on a short weekend break and thought I would look to see if there was any news and the board looks like it's expolded!

I read your letter Eamon and first thought spot on exactly how I am feeling but then read the replys and thought I should read your letter again due the vasy majority of the responses, so I did.

Got to say Eamon (Respect) you have big bollox to write that and I COULD NOT AGREE WITH YOU MORE great comments, I have been saying similar things in snippets over the past few days but you put it together far better.

TF listen up if you are a schrewd business man take the criticism like a man and act, your man Barton is out of order show him the door.

Got to get back to the misses now and will try to get a sneeky look on here tomorrow, good luck Eamon.

    Eamon, you are GOD!

I would like to add this one little thing:

Any publicity is good publicity, negative noise or not - it's the Hollywood media mentality at work here, he just wants the world to pay attention to us. He doesn't care whether it's good or bad, like Paris Hilton, as long as we, QPR, are seen in the media world-wide for any reason whatsoever, he thinks it'll get us more of everything, such as selling more shirts. It's Free Advertising. That's how these big bosses think nowadays.

I agree with a lot of this Eamon. I think he might say it's up to MH to set rules for players, and to take action when they break them. Whatever, Tony and MH probably need to discuss this together - Barton is the Captain, and they should do as much as possible to ensure the little sh*t is removed from the Club at 9 am this morning in the way least likely to expose us to further action from him. Might not be easy but it needs doing now, and Tony you've got recent experience, although with the wrong man.

Great OP. I'm really concerned about what's going on here.

    QUESTION: Who signed JB?

If it was NW then why the subsequent attack on JB, however subtle or obtuse? Take your pick. He must know that the JB signing, were it his, would be part of his legacy. So why attack him and thereby undermine his own credibility as a manager?

If it wasn't NW, but rather TF, who signed JB, does that not undermine NW going back 5 months? Why not sack the guy then if you didn't think he was up to it?

This whole thing sits uneasy with me.

I don't buy into this "he's a savvy businessman" (it doesn't necessarily mean you'll be a good football club chairman) and "I've met him once and he's a really nice guy" (subjective and irrelevant) stuff.

Anybody who thinks that "successful" businessmen shouldn't be questioned should watch Enron: The Smartest Guys In The Room.

This is our club. We'll be here after countless chairmen, managers and players have come and gone.

Forget for a second the smartest guys in the room. What about the elephant in the room? What happens if it goes tits-up? How long do we get bankrolled?

Just to add to the above, how much has TF actually put into the club? In cold cash terms I mean? I can't remember the exact buyout figure. Briatore and Ecclestone gambled with us and it paid them back. If this gamble fails who pays? If it fails how much does TF stand to lose? I'm looking at Portsmouth and Leeds and I'm genuinely interested.

Have to agree. Sorry Eamon but I don't see the point in this. We need positivity and to fully get behind the club and team. Fully agree that Barton needs to brought into line by Hughes. His open warfare with Warnock can not be good for morale within the team particularly those players that were behind Warnock.

    Dear Eamon,

Please stick this back into the lower bodily orifice from it emerged. At least tweets are limited to a few words unlike this this nonsense diatribe. We can all agree that Barton is a prat and the sooner we are shot the better in my view but to twist that into an attack on TF is ridiculous. He is the first owner since the departure of Jim Gregory to seem able to fill his boots as a football entrepeneur with a vision for a smaller club and I for one am delighted to have him. I assume you are still upset that the Board have recognized the limitations of our former manager and taken a business decision to off load him. Please get over that as soon as possible and move on with the rest of us. And please get over yourself with regard to such pompous communications.

    Regards,

    QPAAAAAGH
