    it defo hots up towards the end of season 1 and the story arc kicks in, I'm about a third into S2 it's darker, wittier, and better acted than previous, apparentlt there's 8 seasons and still hasn't been axed, so the arc must widen further. I will say this, dexter, & True Blood are my favourite Stateside programmes Ilike them euqually and for differant reasons. Id say that good acting and scripts is waht they all have in common.
