I fancy the likes of Tunisia or Morocco to be surprise packages.

Look at the potential Ivory Coast formation porn though, I dont think anyone can match it.

?????
Eboue Zokora Toure ?????
Kalou Tiote Toure Gervinho
Drogba Doumbia

Senegal have 4 class centre forwards, then the only other players I've heard of are M'Bengue, Traore and Diame.

Ghana have a very good side with the Ayew brothers, Muntari, Gyan etc but are missing Boateng AND Essien.

I'm going for Cote D'Ivoire to win it. Senegal and Ghana will be there or there abouts. My choice from the outsiders would be Sudan.

12th of Feb I think, the Sunday. They'd miss the game against Spurs (assuming they get there), maybe back for the FA Cup game (assuming we get there), definitely back for the Derby. That'd be the perfect first game for Cisse. I think he'll probably be on the bench while he settles, imagine the reception he'd get if he came on during the derby.

90 – The Senegalese strikers Papiss Cissé (31), Moussa Sow (31) & Demba Ba (28) have scored a total of 90 league goals since 2010/11. Lions.

Awesome. Did we have the bad one?!

Sow's the bad one, that's why he still plays in Ligue 1.

Aye I suppose Ba was scoring a similar amount in a better league. Sow's going to Turkey now, what a waste.

I found it interesting that Cisse scored the same number of goals as Ba (in the Bundesliga) in 30 fewer games, for a worse club.

Bodes well. Hopefully Cisse can hit the ground running like Ba did (twice). To be honest I'm not expecting too much from him this season, I think Pardew will probably ease him in like he did with Santon.

May not have heard of them but they also have Diawara and Diakhate who are very good defenders.

Also, if Ghana were full-strength, I would really fancy them to romp it! Essien and KP Boateng are huge misses though.

Cisse was always the better between the two in the Bundesliga by all accounts. If he hits the ground running like Ba did then my word! Even if he's just as good, that's still brilliant. Can not wait at all.

Think next year'll be his season though. Hasn't got as much time to settle into team like Ba did. Bag a couple of goals maybe, but won't have the same impact as Demba19. This season is Demba19's season, Next season can be Demba09's season.

Aye, I suppose, but players like Drogba are getting on a bit too but are still good players. <ok>

Being very lazy, I am hoping someone has already made a note of when our boys are playing. Date and time (preferably in UK time). Is it on BBC?
