    I saw it yesterday. Was quite a big difference like. He's either had surgery or he's been pounding the gym.

    There's something I like about Mike. I don't know what it is.

    I honestly envisage him as this slightly eccentric and impulsive billionaire, but he's hired Llambias to look after the day-to-day running of the club, and it's Llambias who is the tight boring bastard who is stuck like glue to a plan.

    You see that relationship sometimes in TV, where there's a bit of a mad rich person or leader who can't really look after himself fully, and it's assistant or subordinate who actually keeps him on the right track. I imagine it a bit like that.

    I agree with this. Llambias is a true cretin and I actually think it's pretty harsh that Ashley has taken a lot of **** for many of the recent events that we could easily attribute to the idiot 'managing director' who gets comparitavely no flak at all.

    Ashley's biggest flaw is his lack of PR. If he were to speak publically more I think his public image would improve.
