Not wishing to be pessimistic - and there are still many twists and turns to go before the end of the season, but if we beat Burnley, we will not be 2 points off play-offs - if TWS lose. We still have potentially 4 points to make up. Burnley have 2 games in hand, both winnable home games against Coventry and Boro. Up the tigers
Well our next couple of games are all going to tight games with Burnley, Norwich and Milwall next to come to KC and have Swansea and Watford away so i think we defo need 3 points tomorrow
Yeah i would say we beat Burnley, watford and milwall = 9 Points - Draw with norwich = 1 Point - Lose to swansea so i reckon we will get 10 out of 15
The slow start has cost us we will be close but not close enough, the team that are in there now i can not see faltering im afraid
Leeds, Swansea, Cardiff, Forest, Norwich have all been dropping points of late, most noticeably against Preston and Scunthorpe. If we start turning draws into wins then I see no reason why we can't give it a good go.
Agreed, I think Burnley or Leicester may nick the last playoff spot @ TWS expense! Still, theres a lot of football to be played and who knows what can happen UTT
leeds backside will fall out as the business end approaches..Burnleys games in hand make then a big contender, so a win tomorrow is a must.. like most tho, i still think its too much to make up, we cant really afford to lose any, and away games to swansea and qpr will make that hard....but you never know..
I shudder with fear, rage and horror when I think about the last time we played Burnley at home, I can't remember being that furious and pissed off after a match for a long time, what made it worse was that at 3-1 in the 90th minute I went to bed and didn't talk to anyone for the rest of the day (I was in India @ the time which is why I wasn't at the game) and it was only when I checked the BBC sport website on the Sunday I realised we'd lost 4-1...... Tomorrow is as massive as massive gets, a real revenge mission in my eyes for the most humiliating defeat of our time in the Premiership. At least that prick Laws isn't incharge any more, what a cu9t he is
I think if we beat burnley we will get 3 points and they will get none. Would anyone like to clarify this?
Steven Thompson, Martin Paterson and Charlie Austin are all out injured, they've only got two strikers, if Harper kicks one early doors, they haven't got a replacement.
i am sure they will miss key players, however, i just hope saturday didnt take too much out of our players
Norwich have got to play Leicester, Us, Swansea and Notts Forest Leeds have to play Forest, Reading, Burnley, QPR Forest have to play Leeds, Swansea, Reading, Burnley, Norwich, Leicester Points will most likely be dropped at some point, all we can do is keep winning and then who knows.
At this stage of the season it's 'Who Dares Wins' and by going 4-3-3 again on Saturday, NP shows he does dare. It didn't work in the manner that NP might have hoped on Saturday but work it did. I expect us to occupy a play off place by mid April.
That 4-1 defeat was disgraceful, never seen such a sickening lack of desire at a time when it mattered so much. We owe these ****s big time.
