Don't see you getting anything against us, but I don't like to predict derby days, however I reckon we could most certainly win this.

Seem 2recall the vast majority of my mag mates towing the "id be happy with a point at SOL" line for the 1st derby, seems like reverse psychology is the way forward. Touche Syd!

What Syd is really trying to say, is that Newcastle fans are fickle...

Football fans of every club are fickle. I remember all the talking the mackems did pre season about there proven premier league players over our untested/unproven foreign imports. Funny old game.

You wouldn't, but you'd try and disguise it. Don't piss on us and tell us it's raining Syd!

    looking at our fixtures?

they're the same teams as the first half of the season minus man utd and qpr (2 draws in first half, 2 wins in second - so technically, we're performing even better)

But we have to go to the Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs. Sunderland are a much better side, Man City will be fighting for every point, we play teams near the bottom who will also be fighting to stay up.

true, but we will be fighting for 7th (hopefully), and i'm trying not to sound arrogant or deluded here, but we're better than the teams at the bottom. Arsenal, chelsea, man utd, man city, liverpool, spurs and even stoke away are games noone expects to win, and points from those games are bonuses. we have gone through more than half of those already and are where we are.
