I don't get this, we need a creative midfielder and a premiership striker before the fooking Wigan game, its a six pointer FFS!!!!!! forget the bloody CB's for now!!!!!

I saw enough in the Newcastle game for us to see off Wigan. A cup win + another week of training and tactical drills should be enough. That and the fact that we were the better side in the reverse fixture only to succumb to a couple of deflected goals. Why all the negativity? <confused>

Lot of onus on Barton to give some backbone to the midfield

Because we have had promises made by the owners and the manager that players will be coming in to strengthen certain areas. Its for all to see that the midfield isnt creative enough and we dont have a prolific goal scorer. We were run ragged by MK Dons, without players before the Wigan game we are at high risk of being bottom this weekend. We have only one 1 home game in the league, we need to turn this around ASAP not for the Wolves game but for the Wigan and Villa game. Villa are poor at home so possible 9 points in the next 3 games!!!

This is verging on disaster IMO. We will be back to 9 of the 11 that have been such a let down the last couple of months and the 2 missing are our most influential players. Pray that HH has his shooting boots on.

Look this still is not a sprint, unfortunately not a marathon either....more a mile race. But we do not want to sign the wrong player just because we can before Saturday. We are all complaining about rushing at the last transfer window. With the right players in place we can build towards the end of the season. Not scrape through. Scrape through agaianst wigan and build from there
    In Sparky we trust

No mention BY myself of signing players for the sake of it, indeed i am making the point that we need to strengthen in the right areas with QUALITY PLAYERS. We have needed a striker all season, Newcastle quietly sign Cisse for 8Million, why wasnt that us? The reason we can't get players on board atm is because we are crap, they don't want to be relegated with us. I have supported QPR for 40 years and have seen all this before, the only difference this time round is that we supposedly have owners with money, We need to spend money on the right players NOW so that we can use them in games before 4th Feb (Wolves) and not let 9 points slip by! Please don't forget new players need time to bed in!! GIVE HUGHES THE TOOLS TO FIGHT RELEGATION NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem is, selling clubs can smell our fear of relegation

It's not easy being rich and desperate...now I know how Bernie felt when Slavika announced she was leaving him and taking half his fortune

Less than 11 days to go until the end of the transfer window! This is going to be a repeat of the last one where we were all up till midnight on the last day checking the various websites for news!! Combined with the next two games this will be the most important period of the whole season and will make or break it!! Hold on for the ride, but then again isn't this why we all love the R'ssss?

Have to agree with Ciarrai, it's time for Barton to step up and show us what we know he is capable of. Theres real trouble in the middle of the park at the moment and as captain he really needs to run the show. The only positive of the three match ban is hopefully he's hungry as ever to help get some points on the board and create some space between the bottom three. Really counting on him this weekend, and the whole team to put in an organised, and energetic performance to get us all buzzin again! You Rrr's.

Yep may still be a middle distance race but started a Marathon and i'd rather not leave it until the sprint for the line until we do something, especially if we fail behind the pack. Next 8-9 games are key to the season (with our schedule) leaving to the end is a very bad way to go.
