then if you've got the first one save it for the fa cup teams. if certain teams by the 5th round get matches cancelled like the spds, arsenal, us (hopefully) then they will double up in weeks to come and you need to load up with thier players.

half the time the FA cup decided who does best i nthis game, that and choice of captain.

 

I've used mine, does that mean I will get another in Feb?

 

No you have a wildcard to use between Jan and mid Feb (think it's the 14th...tells you the dates in the rules on website). If you haven't used your original one from start of season you will still have that. The extra one is for the transfer window really

 

Great because my team is too inconsistent. I failed to even beat Bluff FFS!

 

I try and leave the wildcard until after the window closes just because you can get some good bargains if there's a mental last days activity as per usual, (got Suarez in last year before anyone else and made good points ) but worth using it now if you're not happy with your team.

Think im going to join this league next year....i already have a team in there, but a bit late in the season to join a league i thinks.......And my team this year is utter guff...Anyone who i pick soon gets injured or suspended......So i have made Rooney my captain....Broken leg on the weekend, methinks

 

yeah, use the transfer window wild card as late as possible so you see if these signings are any good.

I had to use my main wild card before xmas but given the choice i would have held it until the fa cup becomes clear.

city are out of the fa cup so they will play only once per week from here on in. spurs players could be very hot in the rest of the league.... who knows?

 

so chaps, it's just over half way through the season so how do you think your doing? i started off poor but have improved slowly over the season so far!


my lowest score was the first week with 29 and my highest was week 14 with 69 points. been looking around 50 points weekly recently.

how do you access your season and has anyone got over 100 points in a gameweek?

I hate 4 players out at the ACoN and Kompany was suspended to I had to use my Feb wildcard early. Replaced Ba with Yakubu who got him self sent off...story of my season.

EDIT: Just heard on the radio that Silva starts tonight. Phew! Richards doesn't play though...

 

I took him out due to him being "injured" ffs. Def setting up some goals tonight, I have Aguero meaning he will do sweet fook all.

not bad, I've spotted what to go do with my team for the rest of the year as well....

city were poor last night i was disappointed in aguero missing several chances but hey.... roll on next week.

 

Had to change half my team because of injuries and ACON and the replacements did nothing! Lead at the top of the table is now 40 points so not all doom and gloom just yet.

Playing "Average" in the H2H this week, so if everyone wouldn't mind having a rubbish week so the average score is low that would be much appreciated

 

I'm closing on you IBWT for the first time in about 2 fooking months

 

Not had any 100+ scores yet this season but they tend to become more frequent as games get cancelled and re-scheduled into double gameweeks

I think last weeks 85 was my highest yet. Not wanting to jinx things but my lowest score so far is a 44 so been pretty consistent all year ...so far....although the next two weeks fixtures really aren't going to be pleasant with my current squad unless city, spurs and manure, arsenal both end up about 6-6

 

Meh, an average gameweek.

Picked up 46 points which moved me up another place in the classic league. Up to 14th in that league so i'm happy with that! Also got through another round in the cup so i'm again happy with that.

What annoyed me was the head-to-head... Was playing Average (The average of everyone's score I think...) in the head-to-head and I lost 48-46!

Left Fletcher on the bench and he scored 9 points which would have won me the head-to-head.

Hopefully i'll beat Bluff this week and get my head-to-head form back on track!

 

It was getting boring out front on my own so thought I'd let the rest catch up. Thought would be nice to have a bit of competition rather than win it in March... .

 

Right that's it I will now be forced to win the league just because you said that

 

Surely it'd be highly embarassing to lose to someone who calls it fantasy soccer
