Shola has scored more goals against Barca than the rest of our team. Start him!

FA Cup said this before on here been to wembly a few times and seen us get beat on every occasion. Also seen the vast majority of our champions league games and dont get me wrong they were great but not as good as it would be to lift the FA Cup. Look to the champions league next year if that is the choice. Im being greedy but lets go for both

Winning the FA Cup gets us in the Europa League.

If we were good enough to qualify for the Champions League (which we aren't) then I would say FA Cup this year, get that monkey off our back, then push for the Champions League next year.

    Champions League.

Would make us very attractive to big players and we could also afford to spend much more money.

Then we can win the cup.

Obviously, we are going to do both ;) but would say FA Cup - it ends the 'not won anything for 50 years' **** and we would be in Europe.

Was going to post the exact same thing. FA cup = silverware & Europa League football, our squads good enough to have a good run at that.

FA cup every time as it would put an end to the comments 'big club HaHa when did you last win something' and the like.

This has always been a no brainer for me. I don't think people realise the effect winning something has on a group of players in terms of belief. CL is great from a monetary point of view, the players and fans would love it also. But when in a positon where you are progressing as a club, a trophy can really galvanise players on to better things. Plus this club has waited an eternity to get that monkey off its back! It really would be something else.

Only two of the options arer realistic for me anyway so its europa league or FA Cup, and then its even more of a no brainer!

FA Cup for the following reason
    1. We ain't won a trophy for far too long.
    2. Just getting into Europe this year will be a platform to help the club grow.
    3. We aren't ready for the Champions League.

Easily FA Cup, i'd like a trophy and a decent run in the Europa next season than have a quick holiday in the CL and nothing to show for your efforts.

The FA Cup obviously, it's the pinnacle of world football, no world sport, the whole of human endeavour. The whole point of qualifying for the Champions League is to give you the status and finance to buy players who can win the FA Cup. It shocks and saddens me to see that almost half of people don't realise this.

Also which three people voted for Europa League qualification? <doh>
