more like el bitch fighto. what an embarrassment. every 2 seconds there was a petty free kick and more often than not the fouled player would roll about in "agony." Even messi was in on it and he usuaully stays away from all that nonsense. Pathetic.
Pepe was a disgrace. Blatantly feigning injury on a couple of occasions and a fly stamp on Messi's hand.
He was ****e. Had to laugh at Wayne Rooney. They were reading footballer's tweets out on talksport this morning and Rooney said "Pepe. What an idiot. Sometimes people wind u up." you're one to talk shrek
It was piss poor, I hate cheating in any form and this was embarassing. How Alonso never got booked is a mystery and how Carvlaho stayed on the park an even bigger one.
I was busy making a casserole and watching snippets of Dunfermline vs ICT. Was it any good? I bet none of those lads could live with the likes of Shinnie, Barrowman, Porter or Ross Tokely.
Quality match. Top drawer. I was enthralled from kick off until about 10 seconds in. The boisterous crowd were a joy to behold.
Inverness took 54 fans Yet, if they make it to a final, there will suddenly be 40,000 "die-hards" looking for tickets.
My post on the La Liga board. Seems it'll get more attention here. Echoes most sentiments that have been said... Just watching another Clasico tonight maybe realised how pathetic these two teams are when they square up against each other on the pitch. What should be a showcase of arguably the two best teams on the planet is consistently proving to be a pretentious battle of inflated ego's and constant tear shedding. Seeing incidents tonight such as constant gamesmanship, simulation and foul play makes me wonder why no action is being taken after the game is finished. Obvious simulation should be a bookable offense, whether a foul or not, and actions such as the blatant stamping on Messi's hand by Pepe is both shameful and cowardly. Every Clasico of the last couple of years has followed such a pattern and always leaves me with my head in my hands thinking; what has happened to the 'beautiful game' I grew up with. It just leaves me absolutely clueless at what should be one of football's greatest spectacles. If you want to see what is fundamentally wrong with todays game watch a Clasico. Thankfully being able to rely on moments of Messi's magic keeps me watching regardless.
he was play acting aswell though. when that guy pushed his head down messi was rolling about as if he'd been ****ed with a hammer
