Just wondering if anyone ever bothered to do the stadium tour, I have been going to the bridge for 40 years and have never done it but one of my sons bought it as an xmas present so Im going tomorrow, really looking forward to it actually like a little kid charging up me camera batteries !! The ground itself has changed so much since i started going,my first game in the 71/72 season was west brom and we won 1-0 and I started going every week in 1975 and it used to cost ã3 to get in the shed and if I was feeling a bit lazy I used to pay a quid cos I was a member and get on the benches in front of the west stand,Fook me concrete benches that gave you piles !!But blimey ã3 to get in,it costs you that now for a cup of the orrible coffee you get in Matty Harding stand !!
No not done it...done Nou Camp & Bernabau...they were good Next time i'm in London (probably in summer) i'll make a point of it - let us know...what's it cost BTW..?
Hi Sherrif, I think its ã16 but I didnt pay for it so not sure but what a great time we had, best bit for me was being in the changing rooms and seeing the difference between the home and away rooms, the away one was pretty basic but chelsea's was fukin lovely,I even touched JT's personal massage table(that sounds gay!)But it was very informative as well giving you little snippets of info that I didnt know like why does JT have the no.26 on his shirt?the reason is because before Jose arrived the shirts when hung up were put in number order and his idol is Franco Zola who wore 25 so he got to be next to him in the dressing room(sounding gay yet again!)Would defo recommend it mate, the museum was brilliant.
Sky HD is this years must have woollen attire and surround sound is the vertiginous feeling you get when there are sheep circling you.
