hi lads id love for my local team cork city to become liverpools feeder club, in the last few seasons we've seen kevin doyle and shane long head to reading with doyle now back in the premier league bagging a brace today and long rumoured to be on king kennys summer radar. george o callaghan went to england and would have made it if he wasnt so far up his own hole. we have some great young players here and id love liverpool to have first refusal instead of paying a reported 10m for shane long. also city could take some of liverpools youths and reserves on loan. Suso at the cross oh to dream. enjoy the vid
Liverpool had a relationship with Ireland when it came to scouting in the 80s.Pat Devlin worked for Kenny when Kenny was boss last time,Pat Devlin followed Kenny to Blackburn in the early 90s and was responsible for getting Blackburn,Shay Given and Damien Duff.I reckon a new tie up between Liverpool and the league of Ireland wouldn't go amiss,We also took Ronnie Whelan from Home Farm and Steve Staunton from Drogheda United and Jim Beglin from Shamrock Rovers.
well league of ireland wise sure ..... paul mc grath , gary kelly, coleman for everton the list goes on but cork wise we have doyle, long , odonovan, miah dennehy they all went to england i just think itd be good if liverpool had first dibs on the future talent headin over to england
I used to go out with a girl from Macroom. Love of my life. She broke my heart into tiny pieces. So stuff your stupid team, dude!
I was in Trabolgan a few times its great.I like it down in the South West. Here's a joke to cheer you up. How do you confuse a Kerryman. Put him in a barrell and tell him to piss in the corner.
I know it is,but Cork people like Kerryman jokes. There is a rivalry between the two,The langers from Cork invented Kerryman jokes.
it wasnt wen i was in the dock in 05 it was out in the gaa club across from the hospital... is the club 1 still there or is it shut down
The one where it is now,in 2005 must have been renovated,It is where I always remember it being and thats before you come to the train station.
I knew that. And a beautiful county it is. But she lived in Cork while I was there and she was very smart, though with the innocence of a Thomas Hardy heroine.
