Jack in peace just to wish you the best of luck in the second leg against Palace. Positive you can over turn the deficit and make it to Wembley.

If you do make it to the final that will guarentee a Europa place for next season, coupled with promotion (hopefully) and if we can avoid relegation we could meet 4 times next season. Twice in the Prem and twice in Europa League as we are currently top of Fair Play League. Mouth watering prospect!

I think we would have to win the final to make to the Europa league, I thought the second spot goes to a Prem team

    cheers jax <ok>

won't be easy but I think we can turn it around at home. Exile is right. We'd need to win the Final to get into Europa Lg

Certaintly got no axe to grind taffthefish just want the derby matches back, but not in the Championship!

Nothing better than 2 Welsh teams in Prem and County and Wrexham back in the League.

H, if either Man City or Liverpool finish with a European spot, the runners up would then get the spot provided by the Carling Cup

Don't think so Sheepy. I understood if that happened, the vacant spot would go to the highest finishing uncommitted team in the Prem. Maybe wrong though. <ok>

If it works the same way as the FA Cup's European space then I'm right, as that how Stoke got Europa League this season by finishing runners up to Man City who already had Champions League. But I rather have your version, I think City should steer well clear of Europe altogether.

Sheep, Sparkey's right... The FA Cup an Carling Cup work on different European qualification rules.
Only the CC winner qualifies <ok>
