    Ofcoursr in any walk of life Peados can worm there way in....be it priests, nursery workers, teachers......however, these guys thought it would be acceptable to show the video of the crime to other members of their regiment....why think that? Is it actually rife?

    If there were no complaints it would be ingrained.

    The accusation that they felt free to show it to others in the regiment suggests it has happend before...often....rife?

    The RMPs are investigating these "allegations" (you do know what an allegation is?) after being tipped off by fellow soldiers.

    I would be more concerned had this been a report of a cover up so I don't see what point the OP is attempting to make apart from trying to be a wum.
