Hooper has not turned down any salary from Southampton, so I don't know how you make out £40k.
Hooper is contracted to Celtic which means no other club can offer him a salary. Imagine the excitement that Jelavic
would have after the clubs agreed a £3m deal if he was offered £20k per week. Jelavic is almost the opposite of Aluko
he is thinking of paying his way out of Rangers.
