    It would be fairly loose positioning, that particular formation has the potential to change into a 4-3-1-2 or 4-4-2 depending who's playing

    Yeh plus he has banged 15 goals in for us this season. We shouldn't change Ba's posistion to accomodate anyone else, play them upfront together.

    Wow, good luck buddy! mine is fortunately next week so not too terrible that this day is a wirte-off. I had the same problem with the Carroll transfer last year, badly timed exams tbh!

    I'd expect if he'd didn't take 9 he'd take 7. But he's only ever been 9, so he might have insisted upon it? Some players do. Also, isn't Rob Elliot 12?

    Elliot's 35, thought he'd take 12 but he didnt. Forgot about 7, unless Yohan wants it in the summer.

    I doubt Cabaye would be that bothered? He was 7 at Lille, but he never made any noises that we know of about wanting it when he arrived (although his first photo was without a number).

    No he was gone, Cabaye was photographed in the number 4 shirt straight away. Barton was still here though so he couldnt have 7.

    aghhhhhhhh got all excited coz i thought we would be able to see him against fulham but realised we're guna have to wait 5 weeks! acon will be even more nail biting now! + will he take the no9 shirt (sorry if thts been asked)
