It seems the Mig doesn't blame the players or management for his Charlton departure so who does that leave then? Mikey?? or the rest of us supporters? http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/spor...owls_can_hunt_down_leaders_charlton_1_4148895 Umm?? After all the nice things I said about him as well AllHell
another sore looser. i didnt mind sheff weds before the game (my fav of the two sheffield teams). but now i really cant stand them. i hope sheff utd go up second and huddersfield via the playoffs. they think they're too big for this league (owlstalk) which is rubbish, we're bigger than them on paper.
I read some reports about them and the manager criticising us, thought it was the tabloids ramping it up but Jesus, the quotes from interviews are harsh! Really unprofessional. You lost. Deal with it like when we dealt with it like we dealt with losing out to Swindon in the playoffs after a strong second leg performance. You move on.
I love it- they stink of jealousy. And as for big mug not being bitter... Miguel llera- he ain't got a clue!
I like how he states that Jacko never scored a free kick once whilst Llera was at the club. Maybe because (1) He didnt take them, wasnt it a certain Big Mig who did that? and (2) we never got any because Llera was too busy hoofing the ball out of Defence straight to their Goalkeeper. Miguel Llera - He aint got a Clue
Big Mig did give me one of my all time favourite memories at the valley - that last minute equaliser after we'd been down to 9 men on boxing day v Swindon. And I quite liked him and thought he'd have been good back up this year had we kept him. That said he can do one!!!!!
We've been lucky all season. MK Dons are a better team. Gary Megson is a better manager. Sheffield United are a bigger club. Huddersfield Town have never been beaten in living memory. Cheers lads Hope we can be lucky for the rest of the season.
Actually, most of what he says is true...it's obvious it was spun to sound more malicious than intended. He is basically saying we are catchable and we are. He talks about his current club being the biggest...of course he would, can you imagine how fans would react to him saying otherwise? The only thing I disagree with is "luck" that he uses. Just from the highlights we could have easily scored 3...and they had one fairly disallowed goal and one attempt cleared off the line. We just had a solid defence, maybe something he's not too used to.
The ignorance of him saying that we've had no injuries this season! Umm Dale Stephens? Ben Hamer? (Alright it was only for one game), Mikel Alonso? Johnnie Jackson? Miguel Llera - he aint got a clue...
That word comes straight to my mind regularily with all these bitter managers/players popping up - 'Grace', a distinct lack of, non-existant.
Hasn't he got a clue then? He never had one as a central defender so can't see why he suddenly has a major insight into other people's strenghts and weaknesses. In summary : He ain't got a clue has he
