I don't object to the way that Stoke play either, especially as Pulis mixes it up, depending on their opposition.
He's gradually adapting the side, bringing in more skilful players, like Etherington and Pennant, so that they can outplay teams that they're better than.

Stoke's style of play didn't cost us at the Britannia, the officials' failure to deal with it did.
The same probably applies to Wolves at WHL.
Working on set-pieces, both offensively and defensively, would almost certainly help, though.

 

Well said. It's the officials who screw it up when Stoke play rough. Look what Pulis has done to a club who were nothing a few years ago, they're now competing in Europe.
