17/01/2012 by David McIntyre QPR youth development manager Steve Gallen hopes teenagers Bruno Andrade and Frankie Sutherland secure loan moves during the second half of the campaign. Andrade had a brief spell at Aldershot Town this season, while Sutherland has impressed at youth level and for the Republic of Irelandâs Under-17s. But Gallen believes they need useful spells away from Loftus Road in order to progress further. Gallen said: âItâs what they need. We play games at 11am, we donât usually play under floodlights or at the stadium, and they need to experience more of that. âThose two in particular I would love to see go and play some League football somewhere. It would be great for lads like that to learn about the winning mentality and the day-to-day professionalism of a League club. âMy values are about learning to play, whereas if they went to a League club it would be all about needing to win on Saturday.
