    Here's the rules.

    1. pick 11 players and 7 subs in any combination you want from the listed teams.

    2. this team should be your best bet at getting into the top 4 which basically means be better than chelsea at least this year.

    3. I've give as far up as 8th currently in the table due to the fact that newly promoted teams are doing so well.

    4. The teams

    9 Norwich
    10 Swansea
    11 Everton
    12 Sunderland
    13 Aston Villa
    14 Fulham
    15 West Brom
    16 Wolverhampton
    17 Blackburn
    18 QPR
    19 Bolton
    20 Wigan

Here is my team for what it is worth.

GK: Vorm - the stats really don't lie on this guy.
RB: Ward - Likes to get forward for wolves so i think he might be a shout.
LB: Baines - again the obvious choice - most crosses in PL.
CB Hangeland - again obvious, everyone must wonder why he's not moved as he's a dominant type CB who's vital for fulham
CB: williams: Really impresive player for swansea and versitile too.
LW: N.Dyer: again some swansea blodd in and put in on the left wing but one feels both wingers picked could swap over.
RW: Larsson: in for his free kicks for sunderland but i think he could do more.
CM: Dempsey - fulhams main man has to be included.
Cm: Felliani - you have to put the lad in even if injury prone.
    CF:Helguson - looks a prospect for sure
CF: morrison - need to give norwich some props here.

    Subs:
GK given - the obvious choice.
Rb: Baird - solid at fulham.
CB: Jagielka - another obvious pick
    Cm: Hoolihan - Norwich again
Winger: pilkington - looks a good player for norwich
CF: the yak, just for laughs.
Cf: moses- the one wigan player looking like staying in the prem

    You have strange dreams<ok>

GK: Ali Al Habsi - Having a great season.
LB: Baines - well, you just gotta, for the deliveries from out wide...
RB: Naughton - (Can I have loan players?) A very decent young lad - must have a little something about him to persuade Arry to chuck £5mil to the blades for him...
CB - Samba - big and dominant. Could be a mover in the window...
CB - Cahill (does this count? - he was there at the start of the window!) - being chased by many suitors so he can't be that bad, even if he's been bailing a sinking ship...
LM - Pederson - How is that team doing so badly?
RM - Larsson - Disappointed we never got Seb on a free when he was available, as I thought his delivery was excellent...
CM - Cahill - usually weighs in with goals from midfield, but has been quiet this season.
CM - Cattermole - breaks up attacks, decent distribution, picks up cards like its Christmas...
FW - Rodallega - an enigma, not predictable and always a handful.
FW - Holt - A very decent return this season for the Canaries skipper.

    Subs:
CF - Yakubu - strong and full of running, when he's fit...
CF - Bent - tucks away chances, even tho he tends to be anonymous at times...
CM - Fellaini - A big presence when fit.
GK - Given - Still a top class keeper.
LM/RM - Jarvis - attracting attention from top sides.
CB - Jagielka - why is he still with Everton? He could be better...
LB/RB - Rangel - The Swansea Spaniard is a part of one of the tightest defences in the league...

    --------------------------Given--------------------
    -Baired-----Hangerland----Jagielka---Baines--
    -Larsson------Barton-----Cattermole----Jarvis-
    ---------------Zamora--------Bent----------------

Subs: Robinson, Yakubu, Agbonlohor, Rodwell, N'Zogbia, Riise, Samba.

    Check out that centre midfield!!

Solid defence, goals from set pieces, and Darren Bent. Just whats needed.

Cattermole and Barton have never got cards in their lives.
