To be honest, with the signing of Sig, I'm not 100% sure we actually need him....barring injury to one of our midfield regulars of course. That said everyone at Chelsea seem to think so highly of him, we may as well take a punt. Agree though, think this is AVB making a bit of a (petty) statement.

I still believe when the Cahill deal is announced between Chelsea & Bolton , McEachran will be loaned to Bolton from Chelsea as part & parcel of the deal . Both deals are suspiciously ongoing when it seems they were pretty well done

Yes same guys, I wouldn't at all be surprised if McEachran doesn't come anymore. I know we already have Sig, but the headaches caused for Rodgers in MF would be wonderful.

    I'm starting to dislike AVB.

AVB's behaving so petulant regarding this deal. Really annoyed me.

    It's like "cat's years" and "dog's years" I think...

In "Manager's years" he must be about, what... 6?

Doesn't make sense to me at all. Chances are he wont feature for Chelsea and we are playing one of Chelsea's closest rivals this weekend... Surely he would want us to have the strongest squad available to us? McEachran would definitely be apart of that!

Sounds to me that barring injury to somebody at Chelsea his weekend he's coming sooner than later.

We are an extremely young squad to be playing in any league never mind the Prem. Very young and very talented. Contrast this to the aging squad at Man U for example - and they've just taken the moth balls off Scholes.

It's going to be an extraordinary second half of the season. In particular I'm looking forward to the rematch with Man City.

Supposedly, AVB has injury worries. If that's the case, then why agree to the deal in the first place?

Looks as if it's happening though.

I basically don't know what twitter is , but I'll take your words for it !! . We got a reasonably cheap , seemingly , stacked midfield going into the 2nd half .

Well Liverpool have been making noise about both Sinclair & Dyer but they'd pay through the nose to get either one . Were a little short on the outside of midfield with only Routledge & possibly Gower as cover . Were loaded in the middle . Wonder if any of the two new guys has any experience on the outside , I don't think so though . A player would be crazy to leave Swansea these days !!
