PS3 Lovefilms

I only have one film to watch on it due to be a one off thing. Bet its all the **** ones tho

 

I've never used it but one of my friends literally its all he uses his PS3 for well lovefilm and GT5

 

This is just a free trial 1 film free no idea what to watch like

Live a 2 minutes walk away from one of them and know the owner who lives close by, so whenever I want I can get a film out for free, love it!

I used to use Lovefilm in my 2nd year, it was class if you just have blurays/dvds.
Not so good if you choose games as well, as found I'd keep a game for a month or so til I'd completed it.
Also the online streaming had a good selection of old films, but the newer ones you had to pay for or wait to get it on the bluray/dvd through the post.
Also found the waiting list meant you could wait a while if a new release or a certain film was popular.

 

Whats lovefilm?

 

It's a rental service, you pay a certain amount a month to rent dvd/blurays/game through the post.
Depending on the options you can get unlimited rentals with 3 at a time for around £13 a month or with games it's like £18 I believe.

 

It's where you pay a certain amount monthly (£6?) and you then get like a free movie a week to rent... not sure though, haven't used it myself.

 

Seems like a canny cheap price? New releases or old ****?

 

Not sure, but a few of my mates use it and seem to have relatively new films on it.

 

I would be quite interested in that like, its easier to download them using torrent but for 6 quid a month you cant really go wrong!

 

Always new releases, but like I said ^^^^^^ you have to come up with a list of films you want to see and if a film is popular you can wait ages to see that one (they don't send them in any particular order except you can priortise around 5 titles), but you'll still get sent ones you want to see that are on your watch list.

 

It seems they've changed their pricing since I was a customer, you can't just get unlimited films with 3 a time anymore, max 2 a time unless you get games with it.

Say if I wanted one a week, I would choose the £8.16 option meaning that I would get 2 films at once?
